Support for customers affected by coronavirus (Covid-19)

With the continued impact of coronavirus being felt across the country, you may have concerns about how it is affecting you and your finances. We know the current period of disruption is difficult, both from a business and personal perspective, so we are doing everything we can to support you and maintain the best level of service we can.

We have been supporting you through this period of business disruption by offering payment deferrals to provide short-term help.

If, for any reason, you are concerned about your ability to make your repayments once your payment deferral period comes to an end, we now have a number of different options available that could support your needs at this time. These include extending your payment deferral period, reducing your payments, funding under the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme or Bounce Back Loan Scheme. Please call 0800 756 0827 or email customerservices@cf-capital.co.uk to discuss the options available to you, depending on your circumstances.

If you would like to apply for a payment deferral and have not done so already, please click the link above to access our simple online form. We will let you know as soon as possible if we have approved your request and, where applicable, provide you with the necessary documents for you to read, sign and return. In the meantime, we will suspended your Direct Debit so we will not collect your next rental payment.  Please be aware that, unfortunately, we are unable to stop collection by Direct Debit if your payment due date is in the next 3 working days. Where you have multiple agreements, please complete a separate submission for each agreement.

A payment deferral will not have a negative impact on your credit file. However, you should  be aware that lenders may use information obtained from other sources, such as bank account information, in their lending decisions.

You also may be able to access support through a range of Government schemes and we would encourage you to explore these – details can be found here.
