Opera allows you to track the current status within the payout stage statuses and will guide you through the stages of payouts so you can keep a real time track on where your deal is up to. The notes are constantly updated by the Payout team, informing you of delays that may occur (if any).

You’re able to raise a Support Ticket with any queries you may have. This will allocate an individual reference number so you’re able to check the status of your query, we keep the notes updated with any progress that has been made and you will receive an email to notify when the query has been resolved.

Using the Opera platform you have the option to produce a completed document. This can then be printed, emailed or e-signed by your client.

After the document has been produced you’re given the option to e-sign the document straight out of the Opera platform to your client and using Opera can monitor the progress of your e-sign.
